There has been an increasing paradigm shift in companies regarding the inclusion of diversity. At Areja, we carry out research for the design, implementation, and evaluation of inclusion programs, so that they actually generate positive impacts for the company and people, while reducing costs. It is important that these programs are perceived by the employees. To that purpose, it is important that the program is well planned and constantly evaluated.
