Fascinated by research, diversity and plurality. With a PhD in Psychology, Grazielle is passionate about the impact that research has on people's lives. Beyond data, she seeks real experiences from real people. After 15 years as an academic professor, she turned her focus to research with the goal of transforming companies and people, and empowering different voices.

She graduated and obtained a master's degree in Psychology from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC) and has obtained her doctorate and PhD in Psychology from USP. For over 20 years, she has been involved in national and international research and projects.
